Cinnamon Chia Pudding

Creamy, sweet, comforting.

A great alternative to dairy pudding packed full of fiber, protein, iron, calcium, and omega 3 without any added sugar. Perfect for a snack or breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 scoop collagen powder

  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup almond milk

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a small container with lid. Stir or shake to mix. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before eating to allow liquid to combine with chia seeds.
